To put it frankly my previous manager was completely racist and intentionally put me in uncoformtable and sometimes dangerous situations at work because of it. I decided not to deal with it on my own and hire a lawyer. I chose Akhavan and Associates because they were such a wonderful team to have on my side. They really made sure that justice was served in my case. If you need a lawyer for this kind of case, hire this company. They are outstanding.

I experienced racial discrimination in the work place and it was an incredibly difficult situation. I decided to seek out a lawyer because I wanted to make sure this company didn’t continue to treat people this way. I have worked with attorneys for different things over the years but none of them have been like Akhavan and Associates. They are such an amazing firm. If you’re dealing with an issue and think you might need an employment lawyer, this is the team you want to work with. They are so professional and helpful in every way. If you're looking for a skilled attorney who really understands labor laws I would recommend Akhavan and Associates. They are wonderful communicators and they always have their clients best interests in mind. I really couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend them. They handled my case incredibly well. I can't thank this firm enough for standing by me through my case. I was in a very hostile work environment and the only solution to the problem was legal action.
