I highly recommend Eisner Gorin LLP and particularly Alan Eisner as criminal defense attorneys. Mr. Eisner is extremely knowledgable in criminal law and knows most everybody in the Los Angeles area as he has practiced criminal law in the area for over 30 years. He is a strong advocate for his clients and is highly respected due to his years of experience and high profile cases he has successfully litigated. Mr. Eisner truly cares for his clients and the outcome of their cases as if they were members of his family. On a personal note, he is very friendly, pleasant, approachable and responsive, but, when it comes to defending his clients, he is tough as a nail. Both Dimitry Gorin and Alan Eisner are among the best criminal defense lawyers you could have to represent you or a loved one. Dimitry and I represented clients charged in a 7 defendant serious felony case. I represented the juvenile out of Sylmar Juvenile Court facing adult court on the same allegations and he represented one of the adults at the Van Nuys Court. The DA had filed more than 10 felony charges on his client if I recall correctly. I watched Dimitry at the Preliminary hearing destroy the credibility of the DA's witness. The Judge had to recommend that the case settle and it did. Dimitry was able to get a misdemeanor. Amazing job! Alan is a terrific lawyer too. Alan is well versed in both state and federal court. You can't go wrong with this law firm. I highly recommend them.
