Words are not enough to describe Payam and his team’s efforts with regards to my case. I am speechless and very thankful for their hard work and dedication. I would give them 6 stars but google would only allow me to put 5.

I came to Root Law Group after receiving a denial from USCIS to change my status from B2 to F1, which I filed with another paralegal. The reason for the denial was that the university employee who was responsible for SEVIS system mistakenly changed my status to "active", as if I had already attended classes. Together with lawyers from the Root Law Group, we prepared the documents and applied a motion to reopen. Subsequently, we received several requests for additional evidence from USCIS, to which we also responded in a timely manner. We also extended my tourist status several times in parallel, while the case status was "pending". Each time it took so long to get an answer from USCIS, but in the end I was approved for F1 status! Thank you guys for your work! Lawyers from Root Law Group are also assist me with getting a green card. I hope my family and I will receive it soon. After that I will update this review to let you know how it was.

I have to say, I’m really thankful for Nabati Law for teaching me about my rights! I asked for maternity leave but unfortunately my work didn’t want to accommodate me. All in all my experience with David Gonor was great. A lawyer I had previously was trying to go after assets and I guess figured out there were none and told me he couldn't be my lawyer anymore. David picked up the case and found out right away. So we did what my previous lawyer didn't. David was great with not just me but my family as well. We tried a few different options but all in all I couldn't have gotten more than what was needed.
