Ben got me the best plea deal on a very bizarre, messy case for a very reasonable fee. I plan to hire him to handle all future legal issues should any weirdness re-surface. He went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. Ben Okin is my spirit animal.

I contacted the Law Offices of Benjamin Okin to fight for me on trumped-up charges. I had paid for legal services in the past, so I had an idea of how much it was expected to cost. I was surprised to find that Ben offered me a sizeable discount; because he agreed that my prosecution was unfair and he was confident in my case! Needless to say he ensured that justice was served, and I would definitely recommend his services to anyone that needs advice or representation.

In 2018 Kathleen Bryson handled a case for one of my employers who was in code violation and facing daily fines. If you had an issue, you could have discussed a partial refund, but you did not. ---you offered him a partial refund to take down his review, don't lie, I saw the email. You contracted me through preliminary hearing, which I did. So, obviously, I did not take the first offer. I also spent a lot of time on your case - liaising with medical expert, investigator etc. I left a good record for your second lawyer to use. ---Then why didn't the medical expert testify, what was your reasoning for holding that back? You did take the first offer. I watched it on live court TV. You acted like you had better things to be doing... I will not go into any more as it is confidential, but you chose not to hire me for trial, and I was not going to trial on your case so it is probably not a firing but more of a parting of the way ---he didn't go to trial bc you told him to take a deal for 2-4 years Also, you misrepresented the deal you got. The charges were not dropped. Again, I will say no more as, although it is a matter of public record, it is none of anyone's business what you actually pled to. ---no he didn't misrepresent it....he provided evidence that said person was lieing I was here for the entire thing. You are bad at your job.

Sick lady

Literally the worst defense lawyer. Wants to take your money and then get you take the first deal the DA offers. Wanted me to plea bargain on a crime I didn't commit and risk 2-4 years in the state pen . Fired her got a different lawyer and got the charges she wanted me to take dropped . Save yourself the time , money and heartache and stay away from this lawyer. Her office help Bobbi is amazing tho !

She just wants to take your money and run. Gave the court information that was not true.

Benjamin Okin went above and beyond with my case. I was being originally charged for a second offense D.U.I. and he was able to reduce charges significantly. I was treated with respect and kindness. Always very communicative. I would highly recommend! I am very glad I made the great decision.
