A person renting a room in my house attacked me in my backyard after a day of drinking. He punches me twice in the head while im sitting down. Then when i get up he tackles me, I start to fight back and in the end i am arrested for Mayhem. By the time my wife bails me out its 4 in the morning. I personally was dressed out about my case I couldn’t come up with the money in time for court and as I was in my way to court I realized that my court date was the day before so I had missed it and had a warrant out for my arrest. I avoided it for 7-8 months and then I was pulled over and taken in for the warrant.
