I had a 3 year old misdemeanor charge which the District Attorney refused to drop. Vince stuck with me through the whole thing. The situation was increasingly demoralizing when the State made every attempt to intimidate me and my defense. But Vince gave me confidence to push forward with my case. He fought tooth and nail to defend my Constitutional rights. Vince Maher is the person you want fighting for you in the court room. His presence is demanding and his experience invaluable. The DA pulled out every stop in attempts to derail my freedom, and Vince countered them every step of the way. He was as cool as a cucumber during proceedings, and as vicious as a Bulldog when the prosecution tried to pull a fast one. By week 2 of trial, and without ever showing his hand, Vince got my case dismissed outright based on the Prosecution's evidence, alone. No plea deal, no time served. Outright dismissal. I'm still in shock that this part is over, as it felt never ending. Thank you a thousand times over. Vince and his team are a professional outfit. All information was communicated to me with dates and times, any questions I have about my case are handled with care and accuracy.
