Triumph Law. Robert Carichoff, and my case manager Avina Maldonado were amazing with communication, advice and helping me receive a fair settlement. In June of 2021 I was rear ended in traffic on Hwy 50. I sustained back and head injuries (concussion, and laceration that required staples in my head). I was lucky to walk out of the accident as I was hit in standstill traffic at about 70 mph. Even though I have a background in insurance and know how the process works, I wanted to hire an attorney since my time was limited, and it was definitely worth it. They knew things that I didn't. But most importantly, referred me to care providers to help with my injuries and to help monitor any long term damage. I was hesitant about some procedures just due to my culture, but the care providers and the attorney assured me it is in my best interest to go through them for my health. I was naïve to the fact that my accident and injuries were far from normal, coming from an athletic collegiate wrestling background, I always toughed things out. But with their help, I got the help I needed for my injuries and they did an amazing job in the settlement, negotiating with the insurance company, providers, and communication with me to get a fair and reasonably quick settlement. Unfortunately, no one can bring back my first truck I ever bought on my own, I have a scar to remember and lasting back pain, but I am grateful for the work they did to hold the at fault party liable for my damages.
