I was injured in a car accident in 2019. This was the first time that I got involved in a car accident and didn't know what to do. I contacted BERG Injury Lawyers but they referred me to Carichoff Law Group. My case manager at Carichoff, Avina Maldonado, has been very exceptional. She guided me through the entire process explaining everything and making sure that I received all the medical care I needed for my injuries.

December 1, 2019 I was hit by a drunk driver (I was a pedestrian)in the parking lot on my way into a restaurant for my 40th birthday dinner. I tried to handle things myself but the guy was being a jerk and his insurance wasn’t much better! I have chronic illness and didn’t need the extra stress so I called Berg injury Lawyer’s and was referred to Carichoff Law Group. It was the BEST call I ever made! From start to finish I was promptly informed about every step. They are very professional and I highly recommend them for pedestrian vs. vehicle cases!!!

Just finished my case through Carichoff Law. Case manager was professional and helpful. She always stayed connected and kept me up on what going on in my case. I liked her straight forward approach and she was very willing to answer questions. Office always answered professionally. I really liked that manager stated what she needed and i could take care of my part. Everyone in office very kind and professional. I never felt pressured but gently led by manager. This firm has the best follow up, service and people who know what they are doing. I was helped every step of the way. Everything was on hold due to COVID and Avina still checked in to make sure I knew that they didn't forget about me. She was there every step and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. She was available, (email, phone and text), and always answered my questions regardless of what it was.
