I hired Mr. Bains for my Family Law Case. The Staff was always very nice and easy to deal with. Mr. Bains took on a role as more of a teacher than anything else and kept me informed about each step of the process and explained why we were doing what we were. Thank you for all your help, I would highly recommend.

Unhelpful... paid $100 for a consultation where with little information that I gave him, he basically said I was an overbearing mother and most likely won't get custody of my kids. It honestly seemed like he had no interest in helping me with my case. Save your money and go elsewhere.

While the staff is very friendly I have always had some kind of issue with getting documents I need or getting ahold of anyone. Communication with your lawyer is atrocious. Communication has mainly been done through his assistant or paralegal, and even then it’s not guaranteed they will call you back. It’s very difficult to talk to your lawyer directly which makes for miscommunication and in my opinion makes for a lack of being prepared. Twice, paperwork was not filed according to the judge but the lawyer thought it was. Very unorganized. Took months to get a restraining order done I had to constantly call and bug them with the ongoing threats I was receiving to get anything done. Always seemed like he was more interested in getting new clients when he couldn’t even handle what he’s got. If you have a high profile custody case go with someone with more experience. I was left feeling like I wasn’t represented fairly and like I wasted five grand.
