I never got to speak with Anita. I did however speak with the girl at the front desk and she was very rude and hung up on me for no reason. Also I was transferred to another girl and they didn’t even tell me who they were transferring me to they just sent me mid sentence.

I share my own experience with him the Customer service is to good I had only a one month left for my case because of my age 21 after that no chance to prove the case that’s why nobody accepting my case he is the one of them who accepted my case .he done all paper work with that time of period and my case was granted just because of him I really appreciate him I advice everyone to visit his office before going to another office 👍👍
