I can't begin to express how grateful I am to have Michelle at my side. She is knowledgeable and sincere. Such a great woman of character and integrity. She made me feel like I was talking to a friend always looking out for our best interest. I can't begin to express what an awesome attorney she is and how she always stayed by my side. Called this location for information and was extremely disappointed. The initial person who answered the phone cut me off in the middle of asking a question to ask my name, once I gave it to her she immediately transferred me again in the middle of me inquiring about services. I was transferred to another lady who immediately led with its $100 for a 30 min consultation which is absolutely ridiculous! Then followed with “it’ll be 7,500 for a retainer” then again cut me off numerous times saying it’s 7,500. Definitely won’t be going with this firm! They lack basic customer service.
