I have known Jon both professionally and personally for many years. Those very important qualities that he shows in his professional life are easily noticed in his personal life as well. He's always reliable, which is why I never hesitate to refer my clients to him. He is very knowledgable, and is adept in relaying that knowledge in a precise and easily understandable manner, And, when he comes across some questions that requires a bit more research, he is quick and thorough in following up. Jon is quick to gain your trust. I know that Jon will always treat me with the utmost care. But, when it comes right down to it, Jon is very good at what he does, knowing that puts me at ease.

The estate plan Jon created for my family put my mind at ease and allowed me to enter very personal messages to my children. In the event something should happen to me, I left detailed instructions for their successor guardian, including why I picked them. He also created a detailed health care directive for me which included whether or not I wanted DNR. What I find sad is, people may not realize that some costly estate plans do not work. There are pitfalls with “cookie-cutter” and do-it-yourself documents and outdated plans. My plan with Jon was highly customized to fit my needs and he and his staff ensured my assets were properly titled to my trust.
