I contacted this law office when I was in a car accident and they were amazing from start to finish! my case manager was Crystal and she really made sure I was taken care of and put my mind to ease when it came to any details regarding my case. She consistently kept me in the loop via email and even checked up on me from time to time just to let me know my case was a priority. such an amazing group of people and I would definitely recommend going to them for your personal injury cases.

I wish I could give 6 stars out of 5. Mr. Landers and Lisa Z. were very approachable and understanding. They took care of my case with such importance yet had simplicity to make sure I understood every detail.They exceeded all of my expectations. I would highly recommend them to take care of anyone and any case.

Highly recommend this office for your personal injury, auto accident to represent you. They fought hard, stuck by me and won my case! John was awesome to work with, absolutely no games or run arounds. As well as Darrel made you feel like family, he was great for fighting for me and being supportive.

Better than the 1st attorney i went to, however i was not happy with the outcome. It took 2 yrs to settle my case which i think they milked it to the court date so they (law firm) could get paid more. They made me think from the beginning it was a slam dunk case, due to me having to have surgery & would be going for the policy limit. After 2 yrs of jumping through hoops (dr appt after dr appt) seeing all kinds of specialists, depos, etc.... spending all this money "preparing for court" & i didn't even end up with 1/2 of the policy limit. Very disappointed at being shuffled from 3 different case workers & bringing in another attorney for a mediation which was a waste of time & money... Nice people? yes, typical attorney acting like they are on your side, when if that were the case, i would've had more money in my pocket. I'm they one who had to go through hell after my accident, then jump through hoops & payout $$ that should have been in my pocket. Would i recommend them? Probably, would I use them again? Not likely... There are ALOT of attorneys out there & you have to be careful, yes they are good talkers, but actions speak louder than words... Happy with my settlement, eh sort of, it could've been worse, but it also could've been ALOT better...

I am thankful for the stress free experience and how well my case worker Crystal phimmasene handled everything from start to finish. In the few times I went to get updated about my case , she not only showed smarts in the way she fought but showed how she's at the right job as she cares and has heart to help people out, thank you much love and respect for all the great staff and how well they treat you.

The Darryl Freedman office is awesome! I have a case pending now and it's taken awhile but only because they are being as efficient as possible. My case manager is 💕CRYSTAL PHIMMASENE💕 and I have to hand it to her!!👏👏👏 This woman has the biggest heart you will ever find at a lawyers office!! We really do need more people like her working in these offices! She puts her everything into her clients and looks at the bigger picture instead of just a number. She smart, sophisticated, witty, loving, and just plain GOOD!! We love her and will never be able to repay her for the experience she gave us during this really hard time!! Accidents are unplanned but if you have someone like 💜CRYSTAL PHIMMASENE💜 to have your back you will be alright!!
