I have an on-going case. Crystal Phimmasene is AWESOME! She’s really on top of her work. She really make me feel like I’m her only client and she really cares about me. When she says she’s gonna do something, you better not slack off because she really sticks to her words. Being Asian, I feel like she understands the culture differences and beliefs that she can represent my case better. For example, in some Asian cultures, the eldest child is responsible for taking care of their parents when the parents are old. Other cultures can’t understand this. This very important to me. Because she knows and understands why I may have to make choices that are different or not the “norm”. Thank you for having Crystal on your team. Whether I win or not, I know that there’s some who really cares about me and is willing to really represent me.

My case was handled professionally, I got to see a Chiropractic with no problems, was treated, and released 3 months later.
