This intimidating process was made easy and seamless by Mr. Pena, which is incredibly important when you are sick. He was there to help every step of the way. My Social Security case was approved after my hearing. Mr. Pena was wel-prepared for the hearing. He did his homework. He follows up after your hearing, responding to emails right away. I couldn’t have asked for better service and I would highly recommend him.

Pretty much bombed my case .I made several attempts to get ahold of attorney Pena to prepare for the hearing but nope couldn't get in touch , wouldn't return my calls , wouldn't return my texts or emails. Therefore ,due to insufficient evidence and lack of communication all the necessary medical information and documents were not available for the judge to consider .As a result and as expected I received a deny on my claim
