Johnathan Pena is an outstanding attorney. I highly recommend him. I found him on the internet, his staff called me right away. I had filed my 2nd appeal to social security for my boyfriend on my own. That is when I finally reached out to Jonathan and his team. He fought for my boyfriend in court and won. The judge was fully favorable and we couldn't thank him more. His staff is outstanding. Leo and Jesus were always available to answer my questions and very professional and friendly.

My experience with this firm, specifically with Jonathan have been nothing but positive. if they had 0 stars i would have marked that. Pena came late to court, broke confidential laws,sent in wrong documents to the judge, has a rude personality and lost the case because he just didnt care or try. Stay away from this office if you want to win your case. 4 years wasted and people with less disabilities have won these types of cases but yet he made my son lose.
