Very professional and kept me in the loop. Had a red light ticket that I didn't want sitting in the court records unresolved and he was able to get it dismissed. Someone else was driving the vehicle at the time of the ticket. I would certainly use him again, however, I hope I don't have to!

In a world of corrupt Police Officers, Sheriff Deputies and over zealous District Attorneys who will basically lie to obtain any conviction. It is refreshing to have an Attorney, to not only navigate, but to also to take the helm in a case, no matter how meritless the charges may be. Sometimes, one has to actually pay the cost of being "not guilty" and these costs are not cheap, but necessary to prove ones innocence. Especially to a batch of Cops and DA's who WILL lie on the stand and WILL make you look worse than you actually are just to obtain a conviction. You are just a number to them. They will say it's nothing personal, but don;'t kid yourself, it's always personal when it comes down to ones life. .Justice is very slow and court cases can be drawn out for many months. If you go to Trail , it's even more time and money. I recently won my Trail with Mark. If you find yourself in a criminal legal situation that requires an Attorney to aid in your defense. Mark is very professional. He was clear and transparent about each step in the process and possible results. Hired him and he put me at ease, allowing me to forget about the ticket. He called me a week before the court date, which I did not have to attend, to remind me. My ticket was costly and could have led to a license suspension, but Mark was able to get it completely dismissed. I would go to Mark again in the future.

If I could give him 10 stars, I would. He took care of my speeding ticket. I’m more than happy with the outcome. I didn’t have to do anything other than pay for the service. Didn’t have to take time out of my job to fight the ticket myself. I’ll be hiring them for any future tickets and I already recommend them to all of my friends and family.
