Really helpful with all questions. The process took a little longer than expected but Indu and her staff were very knowledgeable about the paperwork and the process for my case. Even though they did a lot extra work with phone calls and emails, their pricing was very reasonable. I also worked with Indu and her staff remotely (never met her in person since I live in the Bay) but her and her staff still took care of me and got everything taken care of. Highly recommend.

Finding the right lawyer can be a hard task; you don’t know who is on your side and you don’t know who you can trust. Steven Mitchell was recommended to me from a friend of the family who said “Steve is a great attorney, an amazing person and I would hire him for me.” This recommendation was coming from another lawyer who used to work with Steve in the San Bernardino courts who knew the ins and the outs of the system. I therefore consulted with Steve about my case- the expungement of eight criminal convictions between the time of 2001- 2010. What stood out to me about Steve upon our first session was not only his expertise, but the overall feeling that this is someone I could trust; this is someone who I know will go to bat for me. And he did just so! Thanks to Steve’s help, the judge granted all eight of my expungements. This was something I had tried to do a couple years back and was denied. I want to thank Mr. Mitchell for his time and knowledge, even though my case should have been dismissed by the Riverside DA Sam Taloa. My attorney got him the information he requested but than he turned around and gave me a plea bargain I couldn't turn down. I have come to the conclusion about the Riverside DA's office, It's not about innocent or guilty, right or wrong, its about numbers and not wanting to look like a fool for accepting and continuing my case. They didn't have a lick of evidence in this citizens arrest case against me.

Evelyne Hart was very professional answered every question I had prior to taking my case. She did not lie about the process like some lawyers do. She explained what would get my process denied before taking my money and explained that if any of the reasons for denial were met we should not apply for the visa. My whole process took less than 1 year to complete I was petitioning for a fiance visa and glad to say thanks to her my husband was able to be in CA within 3 months of starting the process and now has his permanent residency. When Mr. Mitchell worked for the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office, he was considered one of the fairest deputies and often went beyond his job to ensure that justice was met.
