Evelyne Hart was a God send to my family. My husband and I have been fighting this immigration battle for the last six years. We’ve been through 3 previous attorneys who led us down the wrong path. First of all, I want to Thank Evelyne Hart for my bottom of my heart for her hardwork, dedication and continuous support throughout the process. I came to United States on a marriage based conditional Green Card visa. Before 2 years to complete, my marriage ended in divorce. So, I was left with no hope to make a live in United States. I already planned to go to my home country. I met few other attorneys but I did not get satisfied. But on June 1, 2017, I met Ms. Hart on her office. The appointment was for 1 hour but after I started talking, it took almost 3 hours and she was patience listening, making notes and asking questions to clarify her doubts. Numerous times, she made corrections to affidavits and various other documents. She submitted the case well in advance with perfectly indexed for USCIS ease of going through the case. Unfortunately, I received RFE. She did not lose hope and asked me to take a Psychological Evolution which added weight to my case. Then I received interview notice. She prepared me well in advance and kept her hope which gave me confidence. She accompanied me to the interview and I was nervous but she helped me go through it like a normal process. Finally, she called me on a Wednesday to say the news I have weighted to hear about for 2 years about my case was approved. I never forget that day and my family and I, forever in debt and grateful to Ms. Hart. I hope she continuous her success and the almighty keeps her with abundance of health and wealth.

Mr Steven Scott Mitchell represented me in a Jury Trial .The evidence was overwhelmeing. It made me look like guilty .But he told me that do u do what the surrvallence video shows and I said yes but I have the onwners consent.well the person I thought was the owner wasn't really the owner . He also said the surrvallence video made me look like I stoled it and asked me my facts of the case sent an investigator named Danny Davis to investigate my case . again Mr Mitchell asked me did u do this crime and I said no . so we went to jury trial and he said just tell the truth and I will do my absolute best to represent you he did and we won today .l have had other attorney s in the past and I would have to say by far he is the best representative I have ever had Mr Mitchell will do what he says and fight for what is rite which is justice thank you again Mr Mitchell

Spoke Friday March 31and she told me she would schedule me for next week. Her Secretary stepped out and that when she returned the secretary would call me.....It's Tuesday and I'm still waiting on her call.
