There was a lot of miscommunication between the representatives and it unfortunately affected my case. I was initially guaranteed that the other driver would be taking full liability. It then turned into a 50/50 accident. It was very hard to reach my case manager and the accident was also projected to settle latest by January of this year but I am still awaiting in March. Luckily Flor and Ocean are helping me settle and are in more contact with me. For the inconvenience they are removing the legal fees which was appreciated.
