Horrible service Alexander is a very rude person telling me “You got it twisted” talking over me when I’m telling him he hasn’t called me and when I call he don’t answer he than gets aggressive and starts telling me stuff I will absolutely file a complaint and lawsuit this unacceptable also saying that California State Bar won’t do anything will see about that. I request the Managers to contact me and get me a new attorney and Fire Alexander he doesn’t deserve to represent the people I extremely disappointed with the law firm on top of everything laughing at what I am telling him

Be careful. This guys are Lacey liars and thieves. I had the worse experience, this girl Arpi who would answer my phone calls would make me feel like I was stupid, if I asked any questions she would reply to me like really dummy you don't know the answer! They told me they would keep 30% of my settlement but they ended up taking more than 50%. They say they did because the case took longer that it was supposed to, the case was supposed take 6 months to settle but because they are so lazy it took over 3 years. When my daughter case was settle they took 30% for of her settlement when they have told me they would keep 25%, because of their lack of communication I had to drive from texas to California to deposit the check in a lock account because they were to lazy to communicate with the judge to make the check to be deposit in a bank in texas. The whole thing was horrible. Don't go to this people. They are the worse. Horrible Horrible Horrible.

Beware. They will take half they and do nothing for you. They do the bare minimum that they don’t even know what is going on with the case. They send my mom a check under my sisters name that Is dead thinking she was the recipient. Extremely disappointed at their lack of professionalism.

Just full of bad people

Excellent staff communication!!! They kept me informed through every step of the process. I had never been in a car accident before or needed an attorney, so I was very nervous about hiring one but everyone at JT Legal made this process so easy, they took care of everything for me. Thank you JT Legal!

I thought they were gonna take care of me, I got in a bad car accident and they told me they could’ve made a deal. They must of didn’t like the numbers cuz they passed my case of to some other attorneys and my statute of limitations almost up. Literally made promises to me and 2years later nothing.

I would highly recommend this law firm. They had a friendly staff whenever I had a question. They answered my questions they were keeping me updated with my case.

I called JT legal group with a car accident insurance claim in February. I gave them all the details of my accident and had my witness contact them aswell to explain the accident he witnessed. After calling dozens of times over the next few months there was no progress made with my case and I was never contacted until 6- 8 months later by jt legal group asking for additional details proving they had never made progress with my case in the first place. They still continue to contact me asking for additional details after i told them to delete my number because i have no intention of pursuing this case with them anymore. Unprofessional
