The staff there are very professional they help me with my car very quick for the insurance to pay And also settle my case very quick .I am very happy with the quality of work they provide and the speed and now that I have a second case with them I am looking forward for the same experience

I have been letting them handle my kids case for about 7 months, I get 0 phone calls 0 updates I really have no Idea whats going on or what they are sending to the other insurance I never hear from an account manager or anything. Every time I call I get very minimal answers most of the answers sound sketchy, no one asks me what we want or what we think.At this point I would say will leave you wondering whats going on. They still have not settled so maybe my opinion will change as they get more in to the settling stage. At this point I wish I could do it myself. I had a little more help from a woman named Nancy but they informed me she no longer works there. Update**********************- I spoke with Alex he explained in detail all about my case, I feel so much better he said I could call anytime and that he is happy to help. He answered all of the questions I had written down and advised me if they were ever to drop me or anything they would notify me. I feel way better about my case and the company.

Worst law firm! If that’s what you want to call this place. Cases get passed around or people are randomly fired. They’ll drop your case with no reasoning. They’ll also make your files secretly disappear. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! They will try to sweep your property out the bottom of your feet! They will continuously ask for more payment and show no advance in your case!!! Please go elsewhere!!!
