We signed a retainer with this joke law firm almost 4 weeks ago. They took our case since that day we were not getting any response what so ever from them and we had to call them ourselves to get updates which nothing was done and all lies. Then insurance company call us 3 weeks later and when we said we have lawyer please speak with him directly they said your lawyer actually sent a letter to us 2 weeks ago that they are no longer on your case. After calling the lawyer or maybe he is even lying about being a lawyer Alex every time he was saying I’m working on it but when I called to tell him what the insurance said he said well my company decided not to take your case and I was like so when we called you yesterday and you said you are working on it that was a lie and aren’t you supposed to inform us with that decision not just ignore it and lie and waste our time. You guys are just money hungry looking for the easy cases to take care of. I will not recommend this law firm to anyone please be aware and these reviews are fake I’m pretty sure.

It makes sense that my ex-husband, Scott Ritter, (who wrote a negative review) hates my lawyer. I certainly didn’t hire her to become friends with him. Noelle Halaby has done nothing short of an excellent job protecting me and my family from him. She has never overcharged me, or caused unnecessary litigation, or lied. Noelle has been representing me and my family’s best interests in complex and difficult custody issues, as well as managing my difficult ex-husband (e.g., someone who takes the time to look up my attorney and try to harm her reputation). She has stayed professional throughout my case, enduring irrational, slanderous, and verbally abusive behavior from my ex. I highly recommend Mrs. Halaby if you want representation that can look beyond the fighting and see the big picture to find a resolution.

Noelle Halaby displays the qualities that lead to the most destructive, dangerous, and irreparable harm that can result from “aggressive” divorce attorneys. Her philosophy seems to be “I want to collect as much money as possible even when it does nothing to advance the case.” Halaby’s go to actions of threats, slander and intentional, unproductive communication only serve to continue stoke the flames of conflict and division. All while, conveniently increasing her earnings. Halaby’s lack of compassion, empathy or respect even extended to her refusal to accept a request to continue a hearing due to my cancer diagnosis and resulting surgery. If the other party’s life threatening health issues are not deemed more important than a silly family court hearing, what more do you need to see to realize the depth of Halaby’s destructive behavior? For THREE plus years, POST JUDGMENT, her continued blatant disregard for the facts and unnecessary attempts to intimidate with threats and slander, have caused irreparable harm to any possible effective co-parenting. Her intentional refusal to operate in good faith has led to consequences that will forever challenge all parties involved Noelle Halaby has chosen FAMILY LAW, yet displays NO UNDERSTANDING or CARE for the emotional, and behavioral issues that plague the children of those she represents. She joyfully embraces the permanent harm her actions cause to those caught in the crossfire of her assaults. My kids have not seen me for two and a half years despite orders in place for visits to take place in increasing increments. In every filing and court appearance she flaunts the time of absence of contact between kids and father as if it is her ACCOMPLISHMENT. At our most recent hearing, the judge once again, rejected her outrageous “attorney fees” requests and pointed out that the other party is “acting in good faith.” Her response was, again, a whimpered agreement her along with a smitten smile knowing that no matter the ruling, she will get paid. Halaby lies and supports positions that are contrary to orders in place. She stokes to flames of division and conflict at every opportunity. She seems to be completely unaware of the damage of her actions have on the kids that are caught in the crossfire of her assaults. She supports claims of money owed without providing any actual documentation. Then, she follows up with threats of escalating attorney fees and sanctions regardless of whether her claims are legitimate or supported with actual facts. When asked repeatedly for documents to support her claims, she responds with slanderous statements and excuses such as “my client cannot locate” the documents. Ultimately, in nearly three and a half years, of post judgment work, she continues to be unable to accomplish even one, out of court agreement. Her true “accomplishments” are the irreparable harm she has caused my children, and the, likely, $100,000 or more of child support payments that she has collected in fees. I would only warn anyone considering her to be fully aware of the irreparable damage that will take place. My kids and every child deserves better.

Mr Ritter - the only person who gave me a negative review - was never my client. He is the ex-husband of my client and is upset that I continue to protect my client’s interest, never back down and ensure that she cannot be taken advantage of.

Totally mishandled most if not all medical appointments , I ended up paying medical bills out of my pocket . DO NOT engage with this services.

Jt legal has assisted me with a injury lawsuit I had no idea how to deal with. They have had many different employes reaching out to me to make sure I'm taking care of. As well as the quality of care they provide to clients. I got the maximum amount won in my case. Although I'm waiting for the actual funds to be distributed still.....

During these most troubling times with Covid-19 , loss of wages etc. I am happy to say, that my past experience is not a Reflection of the Great Assistance I received from Ms. Nereida Palacios. Ms. Palacios was very kind, sincere, and informative. I am no longer feeling left in the dark. I am very satisfied in knowing the last contact person I had, is no longer there. The quick response to my questions and concerns were addressed in a prompt and professional manner. I would strongly recommend The JT Legal group.

Couldn't have asked for a better representative!! Thank you Alexander for making this the most pleasant experience one could ask for! From all of my past experiences from prior accidents and other law firms, I've always been left with a bitter taste. I've dealt with attorneys that shouldn't be practicing - the ones that love to make empty promises and ignore their clients after the first week. At JTL, I was treated the same on Day 45 (when my case was settled) as I was on Day 1! I brought my case over to JTL after consulting with Alex James, my case manager, about an accident that was being handled by a different attorney. The attorney I had initially, and regretfully, hired did absolutely nothing to help our case. We were t-boned and the other party had admitted liability. This was a God-given, no-brainer After 12 months of dealing with an attorney that couldn't get a penny out of the case and did absolutely nothing other than make matters worse, we were told that we must file a Civil claim against the other party in order to recover our losses. That was the last straw. UNBELIEVABLE, I was close to filing a complaint with the California BAR, but we FIRED that firm and demanded a lien-free transfer of our case files over to JTL. After 12 months of being jerked around, it took Alex less than 45 days to get our CASE SETTLED. We got the MAXIMUM benefit paid out and all concerns were dealt with accordingly. Alex worked on our case diligently from Day 1 and always contact us with updates, unlike the other guys who make you chase them. I couldn't have asked for a better, more reassuring attorney that talks the talk and walks the walk! Thank you guys, HUGE THANK YOU to Alex! I will send many referrals your way. You've got a lifetime client here (hopefully I won't need it though).
