I have a more complicated bankruptcy and getting remarried soon as well as starting a new business...so getting this right was critical. I have two big judgments against me, from a client that decided not to pay me...and not to mention my second Bk in 10 years. When speaking with Mr. Barry Borowitz, he was patient to understand my situation, was concerned and gave a good plan for a path forward. After the call I felt not so overwhelmed and decided to hire his firm. Barry was not the only attorney I spoke with over the last 9 months. At least three other Bk lawyers were referred to me...all well known bankruptcy firms. They all made it sound to good to be true. They did not give me a road map exactly. They gave me a false sense of security by telling what I wanted to hear. My gut was to call Barry back, because he spoke from a place of reality and authenticity..... with both best case and worst case scenarios. He was not forceful, in a rush, and suggested I speak to others if what he told me did not make complete sense. Thank you again Barry! Looking forward to my new future! All the best!

I was very disappointed with my experience trying to contact Mr. Marinaccio, particularly after seeing such stellar reviews for him. His website says “when you call our office, you will speak to an attorney,” refers to “free consultations,” and allows prospective clients to submit an inquiry in order to schedule a 30 minute consultation. After submitting the inquiry, however, I was contacted by the legal assistant and told that Mr. Marinaccio actually charges $50.00 for a 15 minute consultation - apparently there are no free consultations despite the website referring to them numerous times, and I certainly was not able to speak to an attorney when I called the office. To make matters worse, I had submitted a rather detailed inquiry because I am an attorney myself and understand better than most that not every attorney will handle every case, and she was not sure whether my issue was the sort he could even help with. I have gladly paid for consultations with other attorneys in the past, but I decided there were too many red flags to justify paying for a “free consultation” in this case.

Upon doing our research we found David to be listed as one of the best criminal defense attorneys in California when it came to criminal law and felony trial cases. He represented me in a felony assault trial that ended with a not guilty verdict in Glendale Criminal Court. I appreciate their hard work in resolving the matter quickly. Hands down I would recommend David Chesley to anyone looking for this type of defense lawyer in Glendale. He is honest and straight forward which anyone can appreciate. Very knowledgeable and the only law firm I trust to get updates about recent changes in firearm regulations and drug laws in California!

Phone consultation with Attorney Clark was very informative. He was clear about what could included in my Chapter 7 bankruptcy and what couldn't be included. The attorney also said that after the discharge, they will double check the creditors to make sure they are in compliance with not contacting me after discharge. I look forward to doing business with this firm. FYI, they also have a payment plan for their services.
