Think 100 times before contacting this company. The company is aimed at enriching itself and the doctor. When cooperating with this company, ask for written confirmation. This company shows itself well until the moment of receiving money from the insurance company. Then they try to deceive the client by any means, inflating the doctors' bills and first giving false information that your limit has not yet been exhausted. At the end of cooperation with this company, you will face the problem that people give you false information throughout the entire period of cooperation

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'm disappointed but not surprised to see most of the things that other reviews mentioned are things I experienced with Jt Legal. They made promises in the beginning of my case that they never followed through on. They have poor communication skills and are very inconsistent with following up. My accident where my car was TOTALED happened back in May 2023 and I JUST got the final payout for my property damage this month (October 2024). A YEAR AND A HALF LATER. Alexander was the attorney on my case and he was extremely condescending the few times I got the chance to talk to him. He would interrupt me on the phone, not respond to my emails, and overall just made me feel stupid for even reaching out to try to get some answers. Has he even talked to someone like they're a human being before? My case manager Vanessa was the only person who might have cared about my case, but even then, she gave me misleading information MULTIPLE times about when I would receive the payout for my property damage. I tried to be courteous for the first year, and at some point I got so fed up with this situation and expressed my frustration with the situation, and that's when they basically said you can contact the insurance company adjuster yourself then. Which I did, and lo and behold, I finally got things done that way! Like... what is the point of working with a legal team if I just had to get it done myself? Oh, not to also mention the personal injury payout took forever too (around a year after my accident) and they took over 90% of the settlement funds. This car accident was a nightmare to deal with and I thought I could rely on Jt Legal but honestly I should have just done everything on my own. It was a waste of my time and energy working with them. I'm so relieved to be done with this BS. And please, for the love of god, don't contact me trying to get me to change my review or answer any questions.

First off I’m very satisfied with this Lawfirm! if you want to make some real money and want somebody to really fight for you I definitely recommend this Lawfirm. They have done their thing with my case! They should be called the box lawyer because they sure did fight like they were in a boxing match and got me a significant amount back in my pocket. They deserve more than a five star. Highly recommend and I know exactly where to come back if needed
