I had a very pleasant, easy and uncomplicated experience. They are very good at understanding the situation you are in. From the first minute I spoke to them, I felt relaxed because I didn't have to talk to anyone anymore and that was a burden on me.

Contacted them to see if they would be able to assist me as a city bus had crashed into me, to which then they said “we will take care of everything” I gave them information about a Witness who witnessed the accident and they lost the information ,they also didn’t send an email nor phone call regarding them declining my case and I really wished they would have as this is a urgent concern.
