So far no complaints whatsoever the whole process does take a while but understandably so when they are constant in fighting for people's rights. Just had 1st appointment with attorney will continue to post reviews throughout process. So far highly recommend. These things take time so be patient this firm will fight for you.

Horrible communication! They do not reach out to you whatsoever. They kept me in limbo for 5 months only to tell me they were not going to help me. Please go elsewhere maybe somewhere where they actually care.

I came accross many law firms while I was searching, the other 2 had immediatley told me they can not assist or help me even without asking me questions. D.Law firm was the only firm who did not turn me down and had given me the chance to actually explain my situation. I didn’t even had to wait long until I was scheduled for an intake phone interview with one of their case managers. Everything went well and had asked me to provide them what they needed for further review . I must say that the entire D Law team was very proffesional. They are all very knowledgeable and at the same time, Empathetic and kind that they will check and follow up on me either via phone call, text or email letting me know that I am not forgotten and that the inquiry is still being reviewed. After waiting for a short period of time, I was scheduled for a free 45 minute attorney consulation with Ms Cathe. The moment I started speaking with Attorney Cathe over the phone, I really felt that she had carefully reviewed my situation and whatevery docs I provided her and their firm. She and the entire D Law team are all willing to help and support me. They have the answers to all my questions and Ms Cathe reassured me that even if I am not familiat with this and that I am new to this process she and the entire D Law team will be supporting and helping me to the best they can. At the end of the call I honestly thanked her from the bottom of my heart, I felt like I finally had hope and getting the help I needed. I am really really glad that I didn’t hesitate in choosing D Law firm when I was looking for a law office to help and assist me with my inquiries. In June 2024. I have contacted D.law for a case and provided them with all details needed. They told me that they will review it and update me in a couple weeks. After one month I called them and they said my case is under review. They kept my case for five months without review. And last week they sent me an email apologizing for not accepting my case because they busy. Now I lost 5 months of time and can't even start again with another law firm. I don't recommend D.Law to any customer. it's a waist of time.
