To all who need direction from a great law firm regarding employee rights, D.LAW is who you need on your side. From the very first time I contacted D.LAW in regards to my situation I have nothings but PRAISE. From the individual who asked me questions to getting a phone call from CATHE. You truly get the feeling that they will fight for you to the bitter end. After my initial phone call I waited about two before I heard back from D.LAW. To be honest I thought they forgot about me. So I contacted there office I was told be patient there is a lot of stuff to go over to represent you properly. So I told myself just be PATIENT. I’m so thankful I listened. Because the next thing I know I get a text saying they would like to speak with me. The next thing I know I’m speaking with CATHE. Which by the end of our conversation I knew I made the right choice. Cathe is extremely professional. She explained everything from A to Z. Every now and again I’d start to interrupt her and she would say hold your thoughts or questions till the end please. I’d take a deep breath and it would happen again. Same response and after about an hour she said okay what did you want to ask or tell me. I said Cathe you covered everything I have no questions. Thank you Cathe

The consultation phone call was informative and very professional. The impression I get is this is a very capable law firm.

This was literally the worst experience I had trying to speak with a case manager. When they called me the woman that she was going to call me back in 5min because she was going to open my case file so she doesn’t have to ask me the same question over. I waited by my phone on call, eventually, I receive a text saying that the case manager tried reaching out to me, but the number didn’t work. I called my the number like the text asked. When the operator answer the phone. I told him what happened. He told me that all the case managers are busy and he can sign me up for an appointment the following week. I felt this was very unprofessional I waited since last week to speak to someone then they pull this stunt. They don’t value our time.

I am so grateful for this firm for being there for me and for understanding. And doing everything they can to help me get my career back when Cathy called me yesterday. I was a little nervous and she reassured me and made me feel like somebody was finally listening.
