I had my consultation with Cathe, who took the time to go over my case and explain things to me in detail. She was patient with me and shed some light on my situation, I was able to gain a better understanding of my case and she was very informative about the process. I. Have spent quite some time gathering information for my case and I was happy that she took the time to help me understand things.

Had my first experiences with this company. I must say very pleasant experience. Was nervous to explain my case but the last made it comfortable and seem to really understand my concerns. So 5 stars just for the customer service! 💯

Do not use this law firm waste of taste I have a wrongful termination case this law firm took 3 months to say they can't help and referred me to another law firm that has bad reviews and d law doesn't even give you a reason why they can't help you with a serious case stating it is just a business decision a big thumbs 👎

Don’t waste your time ! They never get back to you … should be shut down

Based on what I've read they seem to be very responsive if they like your case. If they dont they will just put you on the back burner until they decide it's not worth their time. If they are not getting things done for you quickly from the get go find another law firm. They are not looking at your file anytime soon. Every pre scripted text will begin with we hope all is well even when you are irate which is awesome. You are treated like a dollar sign or in my case a non dollar sign and they could care less that you are relying on them for accurate and timely info and responses. If it really does take you 3 and a half months to decide you can't help, that is just plain bad business practice. I had my initial phone call with one of their in take personnel on Dec 7, 2023. Having just gone through what I believed to be wrongful termination this group was one of two groups that I spoke with and not wanting to rehash the same story another time I decided to submit the paperwork they asked for a few weeks later. This ran us up to the new year and I was told they would be reviewing the documents and getting back to me. I checked back on Jan 11th thinking it would be a short process and was told there was no timeline and that I needed to give their lawyer sufficient time which I did. I checked in at the end of January to be told they were finalizing their review. Checked again a couple more times in February only to be told they were still finalizing. I'm Mid March when I reached out I was told it would be a day or two at most and course nothing. Having sent another inquiry on March 23rd. Instead of a text response I get an email basically saying sry we can't help. Closing your file email. Wasted 3 months of my time, probably didn't even look at the file. Or only did once in March. Not someone that you want to count on to follow through. Couldn't have had a worse experience if I tried..

I just had my consultation call with Attorney Cathe. She was so kind and compassionate listening to my situation and really wanting to help me. She was quick and very thorough. I appreciate her attention to detail and determination to help me out. So far my experience has been great!
