Brian and Sheri are the BEST! I had my Dad's Trust done here and was so pleased that my husband and I also had ours done. Brian makes everything easy and understandable. Takes the guess work out of all of the legalese.

I had Brian review my fathers and my grandfathers trusts. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. He was very professional and very easy to work with. I am from out of state and he and Sherri made everything simple and and easy to understand. Documents were prepared in a very timely manner and this made things run very smoothly. I would recommend him for all Family and Estate planning.

Having been in the television and real estate industries for nearly 40 years, I've had more than my share of associations with attorneys, some positive, many negative. Shining above most everyone is Brian Sterzer. Brian is both extremely knowledgeable and remarkably compassionate and helpful. Brian takes the time to patiently and thoroughly explain the language and meaning of the documents and forms created by his office. My wife and I have met with Brian many times to create and/or revise our living trust and other legal documents. Brian has always been the consummate professional and his advice and reputation are impeccable. Unlike other attorneys who seem to have a stopwatch to keep track of billable hours, minutes and seconds, Brian’s fees are very reasonable and are not affected by the extra time he takes to ensure that we completely understand each section of the forms his office provides. In fact, on more than one occasion, Brian has made changes to our trust at no charge at all. Ask your friends the last time they heard of an attorney that worked on their behalf for free. We recently needed to redo our wills and trust. After contacting several local estate planning attorneys, we met with Brian Sterzer. First, it turned out that the others quoted prices that were 10-30% higher than Brian's. Of course I realize that you get what you pay for, and we are 100% satisfied with Brian's work for us. He clearly knows his stuff; he was professional and friendly, enduring and answering our many questions. Brian provided us with numerous hard copies of our estate planning documents, electronic versions (PDFs) of the same documents, and guidance on how to arrange ownership and beneficiary designation of our assets. All of this in a professional binder. IMO, we received exceptional value from Brian. In addition, he is a genuinely friendly, caring person - easy to talk with, and a pleasure to do business with. I had been procrastinating the process of Estate Planning for many years primarily because it can be a very confusing and daunting process.
