Brian is very knowledgeable about the actual implementation of the law in estate planning, having much experience in courtroom dealings. When I had my trust set up, I found him to be attentive to my concerns and thorough in his work. He took as much time as necessary to go over the details of the newly established trust. I also found his fees to be very reasonable.

My dealings with Brian included filing an estate tax return, forming a new revocable trust and transferring assets from the old trust to the new one. He was easy to work with, quick to respond, reasonably priced and very well organized. Start to finish everything was completed in less than 60 days. I would recommend his services to anyone needing estate planning legal advice.

Brian was the probate attorney of my cousin's estate. He successfully represented my 95 year old aunt in a very difficult probate case and prepared a Trust for her. Brian updated (basically created a document from scratch) our Living Trust. He was very thorough, professional, and great to work-with.
