The representation that i received from the legal team at this firm. has set the bar for times to come. When going into litigation or court it is a nervous matter on all of us, with Ms.Powers in your corner you aren't just getting by far the best representation I believe I have ever received but you are also given an explanation throughout what ever process that is going on in the court. Her legal team are quick to respond and are eager and will to help you understand daunting tasks that lie ahead. We have all heard that attorney's are crooks and I am glad to be able to write this review and say with full trust and confidence that Ms.Powers and her team are not that. My family and I are extremely grateful for everything that this firm has done for us.

After our initial consult, we had decided not to file and potentially waste my money dealing with my high conflict ex because the risk was too high. At the end of the day, he ended up filing. Athina did not shy away from the challenge. She understood exactly the type of person we were dealing with. If you're in family court, there really aren't any winners (expect some give and take), but I feel I got the best outcome possible given my situation. Not worth even a Star Doesn't do Justice for the well being of the child. When the child sees a therapist and states that she feels unsafe with the father. Also Carol will make false reports agents the mother. She gets her clients to hire her friends to do the evaluation and the reunification therapy to make it we're she can make all the case one sided and not in the best interest of the child.

Called for consultation, the person took all my info, was told I would be receiving a call later that day, that was three days ago.

Tengo un caso de violencia domestica abierto desde 2021 la contrate para defender mi caso,soy duena de casa aquí en estamos unidos y pasé a vivir en la calle ,junto con mis hijos ,le pagué más de 4000 dlr y su logro más grande fue depositar el dinero de mi casa en la trust account del abogado anastasio de la cruz abogado de la otra parte donde el dinero sigue,y no se puede dividir porque el caso se sigue alargando,,no la recomiendo para nada

Ms Powers was waste of time and had no knowledge on my case and she had the case in her hands. If I could gave no stars I would. No help no good.
