She was very informative, I was able to call her throughout the day for any questions I had and she took the time explain things in an in depth way even before I signed any kind of contract. I feel very comfortable with her handling my new custody case.

I wish I had an experience like the 2 most recent “reviews.” This has been my experience. Hired this law office December 2022. The first couple weeks were great. Provided me the paperwork I needed to fill out and followed up with me when initial filing was done. After that, no contact. I waited a couple months thinking that’s what it took to wait for the other party to respond. Once I followed up (I made the outbound call to get status, no call from them at any point to keep me in the loop of what is going on), we started the next process. There were numerous filing errors rejected by the court. The first being digital signature. How do you not know the court won’t accept that?! That delayed the process another month and a half. After filing “corrected” paperwork, that was denied again by the court because of mathematical errors. After this second error and a delay of over 3 months, I have made numerous phone calls with no return call. I have since fired this attorney. When you are in a client based business, service is key and I did not receive the level of service I paid for. You hire a professional to help you through a difficult process and I did not receive the help I paid for.

Great customer service overall at Sapetto Law I feel like all my needs were met and was updated in a fast and timely regarding my case. Will definitely be using their services again when needed.
