Lovely Law firm. Really cares about the community.

This is an amazing firm to work with, especially Cameron Adams. I've seen some of the seminars he has been apart of and it was nothing short of informative and professional. He was also very professional during the final signing meeting. The firm as a whole is resourceful and I would definitely recommend!

The Collins Law Group (CLG) provided a thorough orientation presentation outlining the pros and cons of creating a Living Trust. I hired Collins Law Group and they asked specific questions to know my situation, prepared my Living Trust, and they follow-up with me on a regular basis. I had to update elements of my trust and they handled it efficiently. CLG recently provided complementary trust consultation for another of my family's trust and referred to other professionals to assist with administering my other family trust. I recommend the Collins Law Group to everyone in need of trust law assistance.

My grandfather did his living trust with this firm and although they completed the trust, they were not thorough at all, which presented me, the Trustee after he passed, with many obstacles that presented themselves soon after. For example, the trust was supposed to be the beneficiary of his life insurance, but the law office never changed the existing policies, so after he passed, all the money was split equally among beneficiaries instead of paying for property taxes and trust debts. Furthermore, Caprice writes herself into your trust as someone who assumes fees if needed, to execute the trust. As such, she was urging my family to sell our family home, which she would receive a percentage of. I was able to refinance the family home, against her advice, of course, and kept our home in the family. I chose to use another law firm to represent our interests, and my husband and I are using another firm for our trust as well!

Very well hosted and informed simanar. I hate to always bring up money, but the plan is quite expensive. The question would be, how much are you willing to spend to secure your assets upon your deith?

Very informative, wasn't aware of the Medi call law. I just wish there was a payment plan to pay for their services! I think this planning is really needed!!!
