I was referred to the Collins Law Group seminar by a friend. I actually went to two of the free wills and trusts seminars because I brought a friend the second time because I knew they’d also benefit from it. I had no idea that wills and living trusts were two different things and that only having a will would automatically put your estate through probate. Yes, in California, all Wills get probated. That’s mandatory! My experience creating the living trust with the firm has been excellent. Attorney Collins and her staff are very professional, well organized and knowledgeable. The icing on the cake was the customized video that was prepared for me. It explained all of the documents in great detail and its available for me to show my family because they give each client their own customized video. That to me is brilliant. The video explains all answers to the questions you might have and of course, the firm is always available to answer questions themselves. I highly recommend the Collins Law Group.

I’m someone who prides herself on being in control so making decisions about who handles my affairs if I were to become incapacitated or die was very important to me.
