Bond Legal was recommended to me and I couldn’t be happier with the way they handled an unfortunate situation. A big thank you to Chelsey, Trisha, and Pamela who persisted through an extensive case while never wavering from their service. They kept myself informed throughout the process, explained in detail when I had questions, and made sure I had a say in the direction taken. They do the right thing by not taking shortcuts along the way. In the end, Bond and Taylor achieved the best results available to me.

Wife suffered a broken arm and other abrasions as a passenger in a medical transport vehicle that was struck by a red-light-running pickup truck. After nearly 9 months we've had no updates on any settlements or suits and have only had one phone call returned by the case attorney. As other reviewers have noted, no one ever seems to be available except the phone receptionist who is pleasantly unconcerned about any problems of their clients. I chose this company due to its affiliation with Jacoby & Meyers, and now regret not going with someone else. // In the interim since I posted this I've had some discussions with the attorney assigned to our case, but with little results; apparently there are delays precipitated by Medicare that have dragged on any finalizing of a settlement to pay for the medical costs and for my wife's pain and suffering which continue after over a year since the accident. Hoping for better results soon.// Further update: Last communication with attorney assigned to this case was almost 4 months ago; texts to him go unanswered, nothing seems to have been done recently and have no idea if he is still even affiliated with the firm. Avoid this firm and choose someone who actually does something for you!// Latest update: settlement was finally made and actually exceeded our expectations. Attorney in charge of case went a step further and sought compensation for both of us and received a sum from a second insurance firm. The bulk of the settlement money has now been received and I have to commend the firm's bookkeeper, Rosalinda for her help and customer service. Although I have been critical of the firm's handling of this case, it appears that delays were not necessarily in any part due to the attorney's actions. I have therefore amended my rating to 3 stars, still low due to the lack of communication over the two year period until resolution.

Bond Sanchez-Gordon is a very professional office, from start to finished. Answered all my questions, and were very patient with me. I was involved in two accidents and they did a great job with both. Can't recommend this team enough

Avoid this law firm at all cost! I made a mistake thinking a bigger law firm will resolve my case sooner and be more responsive when I have questions. And it was complete opposite! There were several months that I would not hear from anyone or to get a yes or no question answered by email. They also charge a more expensive fee at 40% plus other fees that was never brought to you at front. If you must go with them, try not to work with Tess and Maki. You will probably never gonna talk to them after the 1st phone call. I made a mistake by not switching in the middle of my case. But you can possible switch lawyer or law firm if not satisfied with them! I attached my case distribution so you will get an idea! Most other law office charge 33%! I didnt read my retainer carefully and was never given a copy until today (8months after)!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The case had everything in my favor. They decided not to represent me and dropped my case. The police report clearly stated that the other driver was at fault. They didnt want to do the leg work and kept calling me to pick up paperwork instead of them doing it. Avoid them at all cost. 🤮🖕 Update: They say that they dont have records of the case but they called trying to get me to change my review. If you dont have a record ask Mary who this case is about.

This law firm advertises false information about fatal accidents at the expense of families to try and gain business. When asked to be human and have compassion and remove false advertisements that could harm a deceased person’s reputation, they lie and say they will do the right thing, and then do not. Shameless and terrible culture to run a business.

This is the second time I've used the attorneys at Bond Sanchez Gordon. Again, they did not disappoint. They handled my case very professionally with great communication and care. They referred me to a chiropractor who helped immensely with my back pain and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. I recommend Pamela Abella and Chelsey Cruz to all friends and family!
