My experience with Bond & Taylor was great. I was in a non at fault motorcycle accident and I feel they were able to get me a fair settlement amount. All I had to do was be patient, and they took care of all the legal and administrative work. Also, anytime I needed information I was able to reach out to my case manager, Arantxa. She was professional and responsive. Overall they took care of all my needs and that was a big help because insurance company of the driver that hit me was horrible. If it wasn't for Bond & Taylor the insurance company would've taken advantage of me and I wouldn't even have gotten close to the amount that I received for my settlement.

I received really great service at Bond & Taylor and got the help I desperately needed. I even recently referred the Law office to a family member.

Do not use these ppl Bond & Tailor . My husband is incarcerated & need his funds they are currently holding and for some reason they are putting us through so much and they are lying about the amount owed... Nightmare.....

Terrible. The amount they were asking for didn’t even cover my hospital bills. No one was available to answer the phone for almost a year. The only time I got to speak with anyone besides the receptionist was when I asked for my case number. My treatment was discontinued with no follow up and no options. 1 1/2 years later I’m still in pain daily. I would choose anyone but them.

Stay clear of this place, it’s been a year since my motorcycle accident and still have not seen a dime, they don’t return calls, they are never available when you call, They really are in no hurry to help you unless it’s more profitable case for them I assume. I’m still waiting to get back something from my motorcycle accident, they really do try to avoid the client, They don’t care about you..will post again after case is closed and I receive something. Smh.

I have to give a shout out to Scott Aval Attorney with bond and taylor for assisting me with all my needs and questions. If you are ever having trouble i'm pretty sure Scott can help you in any way possible in the fastest and politest manor possible. I appreciate all the help you've given me. So if you ever encounter any problem with your case whether your with Bond & Taylor or the other guys ask for Scott when you call them up and he'll get you on the track for getting the best compensation for your pain and suffering on any personal injury claim whether your in an auto accident or you get injured at work.

I was in an auto accident and Bond & Taylor made the process a lot easier. I would recommend anyone who has been in an accident to call them.

My experience with this company was bad from the beginning, the representatives that answered my calls were sometimes rude and not very understanding about my situation. My calls were not always returned and overall I didn't feel that they were doing their best for me and my case. I absolutely would not recommend this firm to no one, not even my worst enemy.
