Patrick was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was pressed for time as I was ONE day away from closing escrow on the sale of my home. Long story short, an ex of mine was refusing to sign a conveyance form, which could have potentially killed my deal. I was in desperate need of assistance and I had no idea what to do. After calling a handful of real estate attorney's, Patrick was the obvious choice. Other attorney's will try and scare you into hiring them, but Patrick was helpful from the get-go. Whether I were to hire him or not, he was just as helpful from the minute I got him on the phone to the end of the call. He spent almost an hour with me to draft up an e-mail response to send to my ex and his lawyer. I briefly described my situation to Patrick and he came up with a plan on the spot. He took the time to draft, and immediately edit & review the e-mail message to send to my ex and his lawyer. I am so grateful that I found Patrick because he helped save my deal. In the end, I closed escrow and completed the sale of my home on time. I can't recommend Patrick enough! If you have any issues and need a Real Estate Attorney, do NOT hesitate to contact Patrick. He provided me with good concrete information / protection laws in regards to real estate law . This is my first time ever having an incident. I was than referred to Patrick Darcy. I could tell from the start Patrick Darcy is truly a top notch professional.
