Pat is an incredible attorney and he is the only person I would recommend to my family and friends. Business litigation is one of the toughest practice and Pat has the experience and the knowledge to win. He's also a trial attorney- not many of them are. He truly cares about his clients and will give sound legal advice. With so many bad lawyers in California, Pat is the lawyer you can trust.

Patrick D'Arcy is THE BOMB!! He knocked out a fraudulent creditor trying to collect on a $13k, 14 year old debt -- all in under 3 hours from start to finish. He truly is my hero!!! He is tenacious, smart and quick. He defended me so that I can complete the refinance on my home and stay out of foreclosure.

I hired Mr. D'Arcy for a personal injury case. I had been rear ended on the freeway and the person at fault's insurance wanted to give me nothing for medical expenses or for the amount I was going to have to put towards a new car. Mr. D'Arcy took my case and gave me the results I wanted in just a short time. I had been told that it wouldn't be worth it to file a lawsuit because insurance never pays out; well Mr. D'Arcy got their insurance to pay out. He got the job done quick and was always available whenever I needed to ask him something. You always hear these horror stories about attorneys just after your money, but Mr. D'Arcy wasn't like that at all. He was very honest and told me exactly as it was.
