I hired Patrick D’Arcy to represent me in an eviction matter and he did an outstanding job. He is among the smartest lawyers I ever met. The fake “one star” reviews are not by real clients, but people defaming Patrick D’Arcy for beating them in court. Unfortunately, people he has to evict unsavory people, and they make revenge posts to try and get even. He is a great lawyer and he gets 5 stars from me!

When helping me through my E3 visa process, Ms. Araneta thoughtfully and efficiently guided me through the entire application. She explained in simple terms what to expect at each phase of the visa process, enabling me to feel completely aware and in control. From lodging the LCA form, booking my visa appointment, organizing all my documents, handling the visa officers and finally pick up my valid visa, she was organized, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Whenever I had a question she was available with sound and reassuring advice. I’ve already recommended her to all my friends hoping to get the E3 visa.

Lahaina helped my wife get her green card when she immigrated from China a year ago. I consulted with multiple lawyers before I settled with Lahaina but what made me go with her is the fact she actually cared about my wife's case and actually took the time to listen instead of getting me to put a deposit down and sign the paperwork. Lahaina Araneta was truly a blessing and helped me quickly solve a contract/labor dispute. I was owed payment for some freelance design work I did and after 4 months of repeated attempts to collect my fee, I had no luck. After I contacted Ms. Araneta, she sent my contractor a letter outlining her course of action and I received my funds within 24 hours! She is very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She is always there to answer our questions, She picks up every time I call!!! So nice to have some like her work your case. She helped us with my husband's residency. We submitted the application in late Nov,I got my ss# in September, our interview appointment was in April. Even though we were not approved right away (not Lahaina's fault), I received approval letter one month later!! The whole process took 5 months!! Lahaina helped us resolve an ongoing debate with a problematic landlord that wasn't responding to our concerns. She was quick to contact them and solve the issue. We had been writing personal letters to the landlord for months with no response about our commercial building that had serious plumbing problems. Lahaina sent them a letter and the very next day we were contacted with a schedule for the plumbing to be fixed. Lahaina was quick and always responded immediately to calls and emails. Unlike other lawyers she doesn't put you off and you can always reach her directly.
