This company is completely fraudulent. I contacted them to resolve my account and they give me false information that they would delete my account for the amount of $44. Richard, has been terrible and by no means was he helpful nor was he understanding. Instead Richard decided to laugh at me because I am unable to make a payment as I am a college student. While I am doing my best to resolve this account, this company has been nothing but trouble. If I were you, I would not send any money to them because they are liars and cannot be trusted.

Throughout my issue I have received professional personal service from Jim and his team. All questions and concerns were answer in a timely manner. Jim’s knowledge and abilities with my issues were the main reason we had a good outcome with our case. I highly recommend Jim and his team. I hope never to need his services again but would gladly if needed use Jim again. My family and I cannot thank them enough.
