Such a bad experience, I hired this firm to represent me in my divorce case, they over charged me on everything, they didn't help me fill out my paperwork properly which cost me a lot because judge fined me for its and also made me pay and obviously more court and bigger invoice, they sent other peoples information as a response to me and opposing counsel multiple times by mistake and I'm pretty sure they did the same thing to my information, When I needed them no one was available, when they needed money everyone was available, I was threatened multiple times if I don't pay they can't represent my case which by law they can't but I knew the consequences if I don't pay, they sent me the offers from my ex wife super late and sometimes after the deadline, they didn't study my case properly, every time I called and had a conversation with Dan he was like hello who are you? Oh yes, that and kept asking me to refresh his memory and again and again so they can write me up higher, all they cared about was money and money, they charged me well over $100,000.00 and at the end I ended the divorce by settlement which they didn't want me to do that, I asked Dan Knowlton multiple times in the mediation to say certain thing and finalize it but he was so obvious that he didn't want the case to end and kept saying different things and creat heated conversation and also it was so obvious they're working so well with the other attorney. All the bad news was coming on Friday afternoon when I couldn't get a hold of anyone till next Monday. They play the game super dirty. If you want your divorce to end well and fast don't Hire this firm.

If you are a looking for a family law firm that cares, is prepared when you go to court, and achieves results, I suggest you hire this firm. Being stuck in a complex and nasty custody battle is not fun and sometimes there is no end in sight. Navid and his team from the outset came up with a plan, successfully fended off false allegations of domestic violence and ultimately, at trial, was able to secure primary custody of the children for us at trial. From my view, if you hire this firm, follow their advice and pay your bills on time. They will handle the rest!

I have been working with Navid, Brett and the legal team on my divorce. They are excellent! They did a great job explaining to me the process, their instructions are always clear and relevant. They are also very responsive to my specific needs and any questions that I might have. I truly feel that I am in good hands and they will facilitate the best outcome for me.

Horrible practice! I was only with Moshtael for a little over a year and had 3 attorneys that I can remember there was so much turn over that I lost track of who was really handling my case. Alex, Bill, Navid... went to court physically 3xs and heard the courts say my attorneys failed to provide my 2016 taxes which they failed to inform me and other items which I was not aware of by my attorneys. When hiring them I laid out a list of items like normal and each time they stood up there my ex's attorney slammed them. I literally had to raise my hand because my attorney didn't ask for anything he sat outside the court room and told me he would request. Garnishment was my biggest request which stated if he doesn't pay me I can't afford you. Bill still didn't ask for garnishment after leaving the court room he said oh you meant child care not child support ‍ Instead Bill just agreed to another court date which I can't help but think is a Moshtael's goal all along just collect as much money from clients as you can because Alex did the same. Then they stick another attorney on your case and charge for all the calls to get the new guy familiar with the case. I also called the office for their bar # and they refused to give it to me without telling them who I was. After court I finally called an attorney my friend has been telling me to go to and they said "Oooo Moshtael has a bad turn over rate." Be careful especially if money is a issue. I'd represent myself better but I work full time and feel like I'd drop the ball on sending the courts proper documents which was still the case with these guys. They don't even deserve one star. Their Bar # 242282 they refused to give this to me over the phone without telling them who I was it’s public record.

Navid Moshtael what a awesome Attorney and his team i was serve court papers on a Civil Harassment from someone that i don't even know, Navid and his team work in this case for nearly 2 months at the hearing date 08/26/20 almost 7 hours of Petitioner 5 witnesses testifying a bunch of lies Ron Chaplin at his closing statement was awesome and able to prove the court that i have no link to any of the Petitioner false accusations he was able to prove and have the Judge dismiss the case. In my opinion Moshtael family lawyers are so far the best, i will definitely recommend them to anyone need a family lawyer. they are truly the best.

No one ever prepares for divorce when they get married. Unfortunately, my marriage has ended after 7 years. I had been hopeful for reconciliation, but my spouse was set on his decision. I had interviewed a few lawyers and none were the right fit. One lawyer was eating his lunch while I was on the phone, another was just plain MEAN to me and wouldn’t even let me briefly tell her my story.
