Navid and his team are the best divorce lawyers in Orange County. I, sadly, had 2 different divorce lawyers before Navid. Both prior lawyers gave me very poor advice, led me into making poor decisions, prioritized their billable hours over my results, kept changing their advice, and did not communicate in a timely manner. Navid is the best. He and his team are extremely responsive, transparent, and provide an excellent overall strategy and great tactics. They are very clear about billing and provided ratings to my settlement requests so I knew the percentage of feasibility in receiving what I wanted to ask for. They ensured I did not ask for anything that the OC judges would not likely grant. Navid also informed me how much each option (court, deposition, RFO, Spousal Support, etc) would cost me and what the likely results would be. Navid empowered me to make sound strategic and tactical decisions. As a result, Navid was able to get my husband to agree to my key settlement demands within six months of hiring his firm. My prior counsel took 9 months and did not do a thing for me except over charge me for zero results. Navid Moshtael is the very best. I highly recommend Navid Moshtael as your divorce attorney.
