We are very happy with the results that Navid has shown us so far. A trial can be tough and emotionally draining. It feels good to know we have an attorney like Navid to represent us when it comes to making sure we get a fair and just trial.

Friendly staff. Very easy to work with and does not beat around the bush. He tells it like it is and gets the job done. Would definitely recommend him if you need a divorce attorney.

Attorneys Navid Moshtael, Lance Duran, and James Wellman at the Moshtael Family Law firm have been doing a terrific job in my contested custody case. My ex made a lot of untrue allegations about me that the attorneys have successfully defended me. Although my case has not come to a closure yet, but I know I can count on the Moshtael Family Law firm to get me through this ordeal.

Navid is the best lawyer in OC!! He is sensitive to your needs he listens and is very hard working and detail oriented!! His staff is friendly and efficient! He cares about your case and will do everything to help you get a fair outcome!! His goal is resolution not getting paid!! He doesn’t care about making friends with the opposing counsel or judges he cares about winning your case!! If you don’t hire Navid you will regret it!!

To whom it may concern, My boyfriend hired Navid after two very bad experiences with two other lawyers. Let me just start off with his staff. His staff is very attentive & professional in everything they do. I do have to point out that his team member, Lucy is AWESOME! She really knows how to do her job. They are not intimidating & you can tell they really do care & are concerned for their clients. Meeting Navid, tbh I was a little hesitant as my boyfriend’s previous lawyers were all talk & no show.. but in less than 5 minutes in his office he proved & showed to us that he is very knowledgeable about the law & you can tell he really does care about your case. Navid was not only very communicative but he also was very real & upfront—no BS. He is very personable & professional!!! He listens, takes notes, asks questions & explains the case from beginning to end in great detail which is a HUGE plus when you aren’t very familiar with these situations. Going to court is never easy, with that being said finding the right Attorney is essential. I had saw the reviews which is what initially caught my attention, I reached out to sceduale a free consolation, I was very surprised at how quickly they responded to my call. When I arrived to there beautiful spacious office, I was immediately greeted by Hannah who was very friendly and Inviting. When I met with Navid and told him my case he quickly explained to me exactly what needed to be done In my case to be successful I was very impressed by his tactic, knowledge, honesty, and his aggresive approach and I instantly felt a sign of relief. IT honestly wasn't more then a couple of minutes of talking to Mr. Moshtael that I knew right away I wanted him for my lawyer. I had a tro on my ex that was in place and I needed to go back to court to get a permanent restraining order. When working with Navid and his staff I was very impressed at how quickly they responded to all of my concerns phone calls and emails. The end result I ended up getting a restraining order. Over all i had a amazing experience Im beyond grateful for his service I seriously couldn't of asked for a better attorney I look forward to working with Navid again in the future if need be

Hired Navid after a very long and reassuring consultation. He answered many questions for me that I needed to know legally and had the confidence to move back into my home without any recourse from the police. Navid is very professional and answers my texts almost immediately. His office is amazing looking and his staff are very friendly. The very next day after I told my STBXW that I had moved back in, she called the police and they told her that there was nothing they can do because I was on the lease and there was no domestic violence. I was served divorce and custody papers while I was at work that night. I called first thing in the morning after speaking with Navid and got an appointment right away with Bob, his senior attorney. He has a full team of attorneys working for him. While reviewing the divorce and custody paperwork, my ex called and served me notice that she filed an ex parte to get a restraining order against me due to alleged domestic violence and wanted me to be removed from my home and take full legal and physical custody of my children. Luckily I was in a meeting with Bob when she called and he heard the notice. We were at the courthouse within the 4 hours of notice and sat in court for 2 hours while getting excellent legal advice from Bob before the judge had denied all of her claims. This is just the beginning of a long road ahead, but so far I am extremely satisfied with my representation and would recommend Navid to anyone.

Navid was amazing in the courtroom. Our case was almost impossible to win and many lawyers told us we had no chance. Navid stepped up with very little time. He cared. He fought. It was like a movie watching it play out. Navid was careful to make sure all my points were made and if they were ever objected he was quick to find a way to rephrase and make sure the information was received. He was strong but not overbearing or rude. He never backed down. If you have a case that needs a force in the courtroom call this guy. I’m serious. Navid also always made note of anything that he needed to recover in cross examination and did it without fail. His objections were sustained more then I’ve ever heard. I felt protected and like he had my back. After dealing with other attorneys with my case for 16 years Navid was a miracle and I am telling you that you will not be disappointed.

I just finished my DV case. First of all, I want to say thanks to Navid. He genuinely cared my case and did it like his own, plus his experiences and his working attitude, all of those let me saw hope during the lowest point in my life. He is a responsible attorney who cares about his clients. First time I met him was in a rush because unexpected things happened to me. Even though I didn’t have enough time during the first meeting, he still answered all my questions very well, and he was very patient. He explained everything that I was confused about from a professional perspective, let me know when I should do what. He also told me that DV cases (as well as divorce cases) are long fights; sometimes, I have to hang tight especially as a woman. The free consultation helped me a lot and saw Navid as a dependable attorney. After that I decided to hire him, then I met his team. They work very efficiently for me, it felt like some family members were helping me to get what I deserve in the court. Also, their bill is very clear, like who spent how much time on what kind of work. Navid is hugely patient, my first language isn’t English, so our conversations sometimes got confusing or he misunderstood my point, but he was willing to clarify that every single time, just to made sure that he didn’t miss anything. During my DV case, sometimes I wanted to solve problems emotionally, but he would explain the pros and cons to encourage me to make the best choice for myself. Once again, he is a responsible attorney who solves problems from his clients’ perspective, he’s willing to achieve his clients’ goal in every legal way he can.
