If you want an attorney and a law firm that knows the law and applies it with the upmost tenacity, then Navid and his team fit that description. They just helped me win a major part of my case. I can tell that Navid is passionate about what he does and it’s a relief to know that his superior skills in the court room has steered my case in the right direction. He’s fun to watch in action too!

We were interview and felt confident in Moshtael family law. However, no one contacted us after the initial interview , even with multiple calls from us. We soon found out we were assigned a different lawyer, Stacey Stone. Since this new assignment of a lawyer it was very hard to make contact with her. Her legal assistant told us many times that she informed Stacey we were trying to get a hold of her. She continued to ignore us. Her paralegal complained she was the only paralegal for Stacey and she was juggling multiple accounts. When we were able to talk to Stacey she wasn't updated about the documents we sent. when the trial came around she didn't read the legal documents and we made her realize that we were suppose to have all legal documents to prove the case. I did not feel at all confident in her or moshtael Law. We were then left in the dark about what was going on and we were some time later told we were again pass off to another lawyer. He wasn't good as Stacey and seemed not to be invested in the case. It was all around disappointing experience.

Horrible! This law firm ruined me! Went to court, requested my ex pay $10,000 towards my legal fees and got it…(although I had already paid his firm and was up to date) after that, he refused my calls! When I did finally get a hold of him he was extremely rude telling me that I was “rude to his receptionist”?!?? And he wouldn’t put up with that!….took my money and left me out to dry!!!! A single mother to two special needs boys…I lost everything. (And please stop finding ways to delete true negative comments!) you are heartless I’m not the only one either. I was contacted by another woman going through the same nonsense…I was so excited when this man took my case because of his “reviews” only to realize it was all a lie!! Do not delete this review.

After going through two attorneys who indicated our son’s case was too difficult to deal with. Navid Moshtael stands head and shoulders above other firms. He and his team were able to deal with this very difficult and complex divorce in a highly proficient, professional and knowledgeable manner. Their tenacity is commendable and we were able to win the case. I highly recommend this law firm for your legal needs.

Dealing with divorce is difficult enough but in the case if our son the challenge was compounded by his ex claiming a different separation date then actually true. Two attorneys dropped from the case stating it was too difficult for them. Navid Moshtael and his team came through with the highest level of professionalism, expertise and patience in dealing with the issues at hand. They know the complexities of the law and understand how frustrating and difficult the process is for their clients. Although extremely challenging they won the case and I would recommend them highly for any legal services you require! Kudos to Navid and his entire team.
