My family and I retained MFL after being served with DVRO paperwork for being a dad and caring about my daughters grades and school attendance. Even with 3 days to represent me they did a thorough and fantastic job. Wini was completely prepared. She was willing to hear our suggestions and input as to what was needed or not necessarily true from our point of view. From our initial interaction to our final interaction Moshtael Family law handled our case with great care. My husband and I came to our first consultation with many questions and concerns. Navid sat down and took his time as he answered our questions and quickly mapped out a game plan. We knew Moshtael law was who we wanted to work with. Navid and his team were highly communicative and readily apprised us of next steps. Our case was far from easy but I never saw Navid sweat. I have hired Moshtael Family Law two times and am happy with the outcome from both. I spent the first four years after divorce being bullied and taken advantage of. Needing to complete a move away case, I hired Moshtael the first time. I was worried about the cost. They did a great job of assigning lawyers and paralegals to my case to keep the cost down when needed and when it was time to fight, the more senior lawyers stepped in. The second time I hired Moshtael was for a Child Support Modification. The kids father is a master of hiding income and wanted more money from me (mind you, he is well off, and I had to move because I could not afford to live in the area). Moshtael Group did excellent, father settled, but did let me know we will be doing this again in 6 months when he adjusts his income. I will absolutely hire Moshtael again!..... and likely, again, and again, and again until the kids are 18 or done with high school. Haha! Also, I would like to mention, had I been at the mercy of Department of Child Support Services I would be paying 3x the amount due to their sloppy errors. Hiring Moshtael Group paid off and saved me stress by dealing with father for me.

I came to Moshtael Family Law after being displeased with my prior counsel and receiving several referrals to MFL. One referral stated "If you want a real PAIN in the A$$, go with NAVID!" This particular referral meant the above statement in the most positive light. The other referral retained Navid and he was able to solve some difficult issues with her divorce...she then needed to move to a "less aggressive" attorney becasue Navid handled business and created a path forward for her. I needed a more aggressive attorney for my highly contentious divorce, and Navid was able to jump right in and gain momentum. I was dealing with constant petty emails from opposing counsel. Navid and his team would discuss with me that if a correspondence required a response they would tackle, however, responding to petty emails was not in my best interest and the $ to go back and forth, and that my retainer should be reserved for the most important issues. I respect Navid and his team's care for wanting to keep costs down and knowing what is worth my mental bandwidth and financial resources. I am still in the thick of a divorce and feel protected by Navid and his team. Kimberly has been indispensable through this process with how accessible and responsive she is. I'm happy to update this review once I'm further along to offer more insight.

When we first met Navid at his office, the thing that was the most refreshing about him was his no nonsense & straight to the point demeanor. We had a difficult situation we were dealing with and he laid out a straightforward approach that would get the job done!! Navid & Jennifer are an ideal team and work so well together! They are both highly intelligent, extremely practical and highly skilled in what they do! I was blown away at how good Navid is during multiple scheduled depositions we had. The preparation he & Jennifer did beforehand was over the top and invaluable. During our meetings, Jennifer was always prepared & kept us up to date on anything going on and explained the practical steps in such an efficient & timely manner. Navid, Jennifer & team were so exceptional to work with!! The only bummer is they only practice family law. They are so skilled in what they do, they would be successful in any area of law. I have a domestic violence case with Dan iel knowlton I am really happy with the result of the court the only weakness of them is their last minute communications that have you provide all information they need otherwise they are perfect.
