I had a debt issue arise and needed legal advice fast. I emailed about five different law firms and Patrick was one of the first to respond. We set time to speak the following day and I am very happy I did. He gave me about half an hour of his time completely free of charge. Giving me legal advice and even looking up legal documents to determine the current status of my court case. He was friendly and after speaking with him I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I was now equipped with the information I needed to handle this situation. I would highly recommend anyone give Patrick a call for issues related to debt.

Unfortunately I was in an auto accident where a driver ran a red light and Tboned me which totaled my car, caused physical and emotional damages. I loved her communication and she always responded to me in a timely manner. I enjoyed her energy, personality, and how well she educated me! You could always hear her smile through the phone. Anthony was pretty straight forward, honest and always replied within a timely manner... and Ryan was very prompt very energetic and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable! Ryan knows his stuff and he knows it well. I enjoyed working with all of these people here at Avrek. The process was a long wait but it really was worth the wait- sometimes it takes a little time, patience, knowledge and communication which the people I listed above all possess these qualifications- They fight for you and accept only the best case scenario for their clients. Though I will miss the communication with them I know I have an awesome legal team on my side if I ever need again. Thank you everyone for your hard work for me it is appreciated more than you know.

Patrick was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was pressed for time as I was ONE day away from closing escrow on the sale of my home. Long story short, an ex of mine was refusing to sign a conveyance form, which could have potentially killed my deal. I was in desperate need of assistance and I had no idea what to do. He spent almost an hour with me to draft up an e-mail response to send to my ex and his lawyer. I briefly described my situation to Patrick and he came up with a plan on the spot. He took the time to draft, and immediately edit & review the e-mail message to send to my ex and his lawyer. I am so grateful that I found Patrick because he helped save my deal. In the end, I closed escrow and completed the sale of my home on time. I can't recommend Patrick enough! If you have any issues and need a Real Estate Attorney, do NOT hesitate to contact Patrick. In speaking with Mr. Patrick I felt a sense of security. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate law . He provided me with good concrete information / protection laws in regards to real estate law .
