This is my first time ever having an incident. I was than referred to Patrick Darcy. I could tell from the start Patrick Darcy is truly a top notch professional. He had his prestigious credentials (Go Georgetown!) all through his walls of his office and the amount of paperwork proved how dedicated he is to his clients. I know I made the right decision! He also made me feel at ease and was extremely informative regarding my incident, reminding me my rights all the while, answering each and every legal question I had whereas other lawyers who I contacted prior were disinterested in giving me the best settlement. And above all else, he was so affordable. I was a little nervous considering the area he works in is very nice but was able to work with my income. It was such a huge relief that assured me there really are compassionate individuals whose goal is to help you. As far as a lawyer, he was able to innately know law and help guide you to understand as well. He truly above and beyond! I cannot convey enough of how grateful I am to have gone through him! If you should ever find yourself in need of an attorney, just go to Patrick Darcy, I HIGHLY recommend him!

Pat is a very knowledgeable and honest attorney with a great heart. He was busy with so many cases that he couldn't take any more including mine, but he called me back and gave me good advice. Really great, I called and needed some legal help on the tenant side of things, but they represent land owners. He still stayed on the phone with me to help me understand the law. Just a good person, deserves all the business he gets.

Patrick D'Arcy is THE BOMB!! He knocked out a fraudulent creditor trying to collect on a $13k, 14 year old debt -- all in under 3 hours from start to finish. He truly is my hero!!! He is tenacious, smart and quick. He defended me so that I can complete the refinance on my home and stay out of foreclosure.

I hired Mr. D'Arcy for a personal injury case. I had been rear ended on the freeway and the person at fault's insurance wanted to give me nothing for medical expenses or for the amount I was going to have to put towards a new car. Mr. D'Arcy took my case and gave me the results I wanted in just a short time. I had been told that it wouldn't be worth it to file a lawsuit because insurance never pays out; well Mr. D'Arcy got their insurance to pay out. He got the job done quick and was always available whenever I needed to ask him something. You always hear these horror stories about attorneys just after your money, but Mr. D'Arcy wasn't like that at all. He was very honest and told me exactly as it was.
