Hart Levin and his team are AMAZING! I had to hire Hart and his team to help me with an issue I got myself in to that I thought was going to haunt me FOREVER. After meeting with Hart, I was able to have peace of mind knowing that I was getting taken care of. He is easy to reach, and his staff is always ready to assist and answer questions. I want to start off by saying how awesome this firm is. Other attorneys that i spoke to told me that I was going to have a huge problem in court. This left me really nervous at first but Hart and his team seemed like they really cared about my situation and made me feel better each time i spoke to them. Hart got me an excellent resolution to my case and best of all I was able to keep my job. I really appreciate all of the hard work he and his team put in. David Chesley was able to get a DUI charge thrown out for my friend after he drove into the neighbor’s fence and was arrested. Although he wasn't in the vehicle at the time the police arrived and came to our house. David knows everything there is to know about breathalyzer and blood alcohol tests. He told us what the police are and are not allowed to do, and what my friend’s rights were in the situation. Police failed to have him sign a waiver on the scene, and by overlooking this we won at the DMV and he was able to avoid a license suspension. Prior to trial he was able to get the case thrown out as he had no prior record, and the circumstances of his arrest which occurred after the accident were deemed questionable. We were happy we chose David and his firm, and we would use them again.

I hired this firm to represent my brother for a felony case every law firm i contacted wanted to charge a ridiculous amount. Im happy with the outcome of my brothers case but most of all at how understanding the staff is at this establishment. They seemed more concerned about my brother than i was which was very reassuring! Love these guys
