I was rear ended while driving for Uber and I had a passenger in my car. Both of us felt immediate pain after the collision. I didn’t know what to do after the accident so I called SHIN Law Group. They immediately helped me with my claim and made the entire process simple and easy. I’ve been able to get excellent medical care and I can tell their team truly cares for my well-being! I’ve been told Uber claims are a bit more complex, but SHIN Law Group knew exactly how to handle it. I highly recommend them if you’re in an UBer or Lyft car accident.

After consulting with other lawyers, you can tell he is super knowledgeable and the best. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer after a car accident! I was so nervous getting a lawyer, but they made sure I was aware of what was going on and what was going to happen. I would give them more stars if I could!!!

I’d tell everyone in California to see them first and foremost. I had lawyers claiming I had a million dollar case and others claiming I didn’t even have a case or it was too small because I wasn’t debilitated enough, even though the accident gave me ptsd. Shin Law Group and Jonathan gave me honesty and kindness and swooped in and truly saved the day! They did more than I think any other lawyer assumed could be done and they really listened to the details of my story so I felt like I was valued, seen & heard in every way that I was not before. Mr. Shin and his team were excellent in settling my case. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it took a little longer but he was able to get me an excellent settlement between myself and the insurance company. They were always honest and upfront about anything that was happening in regards to the case and gave me updates when they were significant for me to know. Really helped get a quick and fair settlement

My mother was involved in a car accident where she suffered serious injuries. We contacted the attorneys at SHIN Law Group and they made themselves available immediately. They helped my mom get appointments with specialty doctors for each type of injury and made sure she was well taken care of. The other drivers insurance was not cooperating, but the attorneys were able to get the full policy limits of the other driver and the under insured limits from my mother's insurance (without impacting her insurance premiums). My mother received excellent medical care and the lawyers made sure she got paid for her injuries. It was a very easy process and the lawyers handled everything. We weren't expecting as much money as we received, so we were very happy with the results. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a car accident lawyer!!!
